What’s going on guys. Glad you’re here. So I got into fitness seriously about 5 years ago. I used to play basketball my whole life so after junior college I stopped and needed to feel that void. I got into lifting weights and soon as I started seeing the progress I fell in love. I’ve played basketball my whole life and I still play at the local gym so when I started personal training I knew how to become more explosive and also put on size or lose weight. Personal training is more than just a job it’s actually really fun seeing my client’s confidence grow. It also is really fulfilling watching them smile as their bodies change .

Sessions must be used within 45 days
Cancellations must be given 1 hour before scheduled time or you forfeit one of your sessions.
Monthly Payments must be made on the 1st of the month
To break any of the packages into 2 payments please add an additional $20
